Adrien Broner had a bit of weight on him it?s fair to say at the initial press conference a few weeks ago announcing his upcoming bout with Manny Pacquiao.
But already his hard work appears to be paying off.
In his latest training video post today on social media he?s dedicating the fight he says ?4 the H-O-O-D? and already looks to have shifted some early weight:
The key here for Broner will be keeping this work ethic up right through the holiday season and avoiding any temptations that may come outside of the ring.
This has always been his downfall in years gone by.
His gas tank appears to be getting built up steadily at the moment mind you ? even completing a lap of the swimming pool underwater without surfacing for a breath:
