TV PERSONALITY Piers Morgan has given his verdict on Conor McGregor?s August 26 showdown with Floyd Mayweather.
The Good Morning Britain presenter is a keen sports fan and is one of Arsenal?s most famous celebrity supporters.
Many boxing stars and former professional boxers have ruled out the possibility of a shock McGregor victory.
Boxing legends Oscar De La Hoya and Manny Pacquiao both faced Mayweather.
And they both reckon the UFC superstar will not be capable of landing a punch on the undefeated 40-year-old.
Mike Tyson also weighed in on the Las Vegas scrap, insisting that McGregor will ?get killed?.
But Morgan disagrees with the experts and reckons ?Irish Warrior? McGregor can stun the world.
He tweeted: ?Boxing world doesn?t want to believe @TheNotoriousMMA can win.
“But he?s an Irish warrior?.of course he can win.?
Morgan?s view is shared by ex-WBO World champion Chris Eubank Snr.
He said: “What everyone knows about boxing is missing, what they?re not thinking about, what is so obvious, everybody is forgetting that he is an Irishman.
“They are special people.
“They are amazing. So, I?m not talking about Conor McGregor, I?m not talking about an MMA fighter, I?m talking about an Irishman, they are to be respected.
