The bout will take place in Klongprem Central Prison in Bangkok, Thailand. According to McTavish, should Sor Siriporn will her bout and the title, the Thai King, Bhumibol Adulyadej will pardon the female Thailander. McTavish was the referee of Manny Pacquiao?s 2006 fight against Oscar Larios in the Philippines back in 2006 and has refereed numerous title bouts worldwide.
