Tuesday was media day at Mayweather Boxing Club in Las Vegas, and the host put on his usual show amidst the circus.
Floyd Mayweather met with reporters to talk about his May 2 fight against Manny Pacquiao, and then put on the gloves and went through a workout.
It wasn’t just media who stopped by the gym, either.
Actor David Hasselhoff was among those in attendance, and even chatted up Mayweather in the gym. (For the record, the 62-year-old former “Baywatch” star is picking Mayweather but loves the “guts” of Pacquiao.)
Pacquiao will host his own open workout today at Wild Card Boxing Club in Los Angeles. MLive will have a live stream of it beginning at 6 p.m.

? As he’s been throughout the promotion, Mayweather was fairly subdued when talking about Pacquiao. But he did note Tuesday that Pacquiao “wears lifts in his shoes so he can be a little taller.”

? After the Pacquiao fight, Mayweather will have one more bout on his Showtime contract. And then, retirement? “My last fight is in September,” Mayweather told reporters Tuesday, although he often discusses retirement before a fight.
? Mayweather’s T-shirt choice caused a little stir in the Philippines, with at least one reporter noting it had a Pacquiao theme.
? In an interview with Yahoo!’s Katie Couric, Mayweather addressed the 2010 incident that landed him in prison for two months. “Did I kick, stomp and beat someone? No, that didn’t happen,” Mayweather told Couric. “Did I restrain a woman that was on drugs? Yes, I did. If they say that’s domestic violence, then you know what, I’m guilty of restraining a person.”
