PBF title bout in Lapu-lapu City Feb. 19

The Philippine Boxing Federation (PBF) featherweight title will be at stake when Adonis ?TI Yamagata? Aguelo fights Renan Branzuela of Bukidnon this February 19 at the Barangay Basak Gym in Lapu-lapu City.

Aguelo (15W-7L-1D, 9 KO?s), who hails from Maasin City, fights out of the TI Gym of Mandaue City. He won his title last September 15, 2011 in Siquijor by beating Jake Verano by 4th round TKO.

Branzuela (13W-11L, 5 KO?s) lost to Genesis Servania and Richard Betos last year before bouncing back with a unanimous decision win over Godwin Tubigon.

Also set to see action are Masashi Tada of Yamagata, Japan who will face Junior Salvador of Mandaue City in a six rounder and Roemart ?TI Yamagata? Sentillas, who will be pitted against Romnick Magos in fight scheduled for ten rounds.

Appearing in the preliminaries are TI Valero vs Erwin Pulvera (8 rounds), TI Yamagata Boyosi vs Jovan Munoz (4 rounds), and Rajah Renoel Pael vs Lyndel Radoc (6 rounds). TI Yamagata Promotions informed philboxing that this fight will be offered free to the public.
