Filipino boxing warrior Albert Pagara (37-3, 26 KOs) was defeated by unbeaten Briton-Australian Billy Polkinghorn (7-0, 2 KOs) in their main event title battle Saturday, March 7, in Perth, Australia.
After eight rounds of intense action, Polkinghorn was awarded a unanimous decision win, claiming the WBC Australasia Lightweight Title. The clash was promoted by Australia's Pathway Boxing.
