Both defending champion Junto Nakatani of Japan and Vincent Astrolabio of the Philippines made weight Friday at the Tokyo Dome Hotel in Tokyo, Japan to make official their WBC world bantamweight title fight scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, at the famed Ryogoku Kokugikan Sumo Arena in Sumida City in Tokyo.
Undefeated and three-weight division world champion Nakatani stepped the scales at 117 ¼ lbs while mandatory challenger Astrolabio was slightly heavier at 117 ½ lbs but both came in well under the 118-lb bantamweight limit.
