PARAS DOMINATES HANADA IN CASIMERO UNDERCARD

Sanman Boxing’s rising protégé Vince Paras (W19 KO15 L2) improves his resume as he dominates Japanese slugger Ayumu Hanada. The fight was a featured bout in the Casimero-Nghitumbwa fightcard.

The lanky Japanese was quick to attack Paras from the opening bell imposing his reach advantage. The shorter Filipino however fought back with power shots and clean counterpunching. Paras showed accuracy and kept his enemy at bay with his crisp jabs and hooks to the head and body.

Both fighters came for war and it was all action up to the last round but it was the Filipino warrior in Paras that got the nod of the judges via unanimous decision.

Paras celebrated his win with Manager Jim Claude Manangquil and the rest of the Sanman Team. “I am very happy to win this fight with national TV coverage. I will keep on training hard until I get that opportunity for a title fight. I dedicate this win to my family and my team”, Paras stated.
