Mairis Breidis to return in Bridge or Heavyweight?

Latvian former WBC, IBF and WBO crusierweight world champion Mairis Briedis (27-1, 19KOs) and Boxing Super Series winner hopes to return to the ring in March this year and possibly at heavyweight.

Bredis has insisted that he wishes to move to heavyweight even though the WBC recently created the Bridge division.

Congolese WBC cruiserweight world champion Ilunga Makabu (28-2, 25KOs) has expressed that he would like to have a unification bout with Briedis.
