It has been known that the Russian WBC heavyweight world champion, Alexander Povetkin is recovering positively from Covid 19. Now the next step is to return to training and be sure of his performance.
Povetkin has undergone a comprehensive medical examination and it will be known soon if the fight with White is held until the end of January.
The rematch with British Dillian White, scheduled for November 21, had already been postponed.
