By Ronnie Nathanielsz PhilBoxing.com Wed, 17 Nov 2010
Manny Pacquiao who cemented his place in the pantheon of the truly great boxers of our time and a genuine hero to millions of his countrymen, flew to Reno, Nevada for a concert in Lake Tahoe on November 17 (Manila Time.)
Pacquiao?s adviser Michael Koncz told the Inquirer that Manny left Los Angeles along with wife Jinkee, two others and members of his band.
Koncz said Pacquiao underwent a routine checkup by the same lady doctor who attend to him in Manila and except for ?being a little stiff? after a sometimes brutal battle was ?fine and there is nothing to worry about.?
GMA 7?s Chino Trinidad informed us that an ?MRI reveals sore ribs. No fracture or muscle strain as earlier feared.?
Koncz confirmed that Pacquiao and his party are scheduled to leave Los Angeles on November 18 and will arrive in Manila on November 20.
