TERDSAK KOKIETGYM IS NEW WBC SILVER 130-LB CHAMP!

Moments ago in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, power-punching Terdsak Kokietgym impressively took the WBC Silver super featherweight title with an impressive eighth round knockout of Argentinian Carlos Ricardo Rodriguez.
Terdsak Kokietgym, apparently benefiting from the training he had with renowned trainer Bobby Villaver, knocked down Rodriguez in the second round, then again put the visitor down in the fourth before scoring yet another knockdown in the sixth round.
The fight was halted in the eighth when it was clear the Argentinian fighter was no match to Terdsak's power.
"This proves that Bobby Villaver is one of Asia's best trainer," pointed out WBO Asia Pacific chairman Leon Panoncillo, who is a good friend of the Villavers in Hawaii.
The win improves Terdsak's record to 41 wins, 3 losses, 1 draw with 27 knockouts, and lines him up for a clash with WBC champion Vitali Tajbert of Germany.
The fight was promoted by Kokiet Group Promotions in associatin with Sampson Boxing LLC, and was nationally broadcast live through channel 7 (Thailand) at exactly 3:30pm from Ban Rai Temple, Nakorn Ratchasima, Thailand.
