MEMORABLE FIGHTS AT NEW YORK?S YANKEE STADIUM

As fight fans around the world eagerly look forward to an intriguing light middleweight title fight between WBA champion Yuri Foreman and former WBO welterweight champion Miguel Cotto this Sunday, Manila Time at the state-of-the-art Yankee Stadium in New York, Filipinos will get a chance to watch the slightly delayed telecast on ABS-CBN?S Studio 23.

It was over 33 years ago that Muhammad Ali scored a controversial unanimous decision over Ken Norton in the third fight of a very close trilogy where Norton broke Ali?s jaw en route to victory in their first meeting in San Diego and Ali came back to win the rematch also in a close fight.
