ANA JULATON AWAITS DONAIRE SR's ARRIVAL
PhilBoxing.com Tue, 23 Feb 2010

We are less than five weeks away from the Historic fight between Philippine Boxing Queen Ana "The Hurricane" Julaton and Canada's most decorated female champion Toronto Native Lisa "Bad News" Brown. Donaire Sr. has been calling every day to check on his prized ward and is constantly reminding Ana this is her toughest and most important fight.
"Winning this fight will get you recognized as the best female fighter in the world! No Filipina has ever done what you're doing. You are opening doors for everyone," said Donaire Sr. over the phone.
Coach Donaire feels that conditioning will be one of the key components to Ana winning this fight. Ana has currently been training with conditioning Guru Lauro Doroliat of Sessions Training in San Francisco 5 days a week. The training consists of plyometrics, weight lifting, speed drills and other "special" training that Coach Lauro has been working on.
"Ana will be ready when Coach Donaire comes back, I guarantee that he will be very happy with her strength and conditioning as Ana is the hardest working Professional I've ever had the pleasure of working with," said Lauro from his training GYM on Market st. Donaire Sr. recently saw some pictures of Ana and was very impressed with her Physique.
Donaire is currently with Marvin Sonsona who is scheduled to fight Saturday in Puerto Rico for the WBO Super Bantamweight Title, the same belt Ana Julaton holds. "I know Marvin will do very well! I believe he has a strong opportunity to knockout Vasquez jr.!!" said Julaton.
Marvin and Ana trained briefly together in her home GYM at the West Wind Gym in Berkeley, CA where she currently trains every night and will be the home base of where Donaire SR. will craft his master plan to defeat Lisa Brown.
