Promoter Bob Arum has won the mutually-destructive spat involving Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. over the issue of blood testing that wasted the richest ring earner of the new decade. “It’s Joshua Clottey who’s been chosen to wrest the WBO welterweight crown of Manny Pacquiao” says Top Rank’s Arum. Manny is facing his second New York-based fighter in Clottey having stopped Puerto Rican Miguel Angel Cotto last November 14 at Vegas’ MGM Grand Arena.
