TUNACAO CALLS OUT MATSUSHITA!

After learning from Philboxing.com that Rolly Matsushita will be defending his OPBF bantam title on August 2 in Cebu, ex-WBC flyweight king Malcolm Tunacao immediately issued a challenge for the OPBF champ Matsushita to defend against him.
Tunacao and Matsushita figured in an highly-technical fight early last year won by the latter to wrest the OPBF crown on a tenth-round technical decision.
The Cebu-raised Tunacao wants to exact revenge, this time hoping that just as he gave Matsushita his chance the first time they met, he hopes that the reigning champion will also give him the chance this time.
"I would love to have a rematch with him. That would be a very good fight. I hope that happens," said Tunacao in an interview.
The ball is now in Rolly (Lunas) Matsushita's hands.
