PhilBoxing.com

Toshihiko Era (L) and Wicha Phulaikhao (R) pose at Wednesday's weighin.

BANGKOK, Thailand – Veteran warrior Toshihiko Era of Japan, Cute Angelina Lukas of kazakhstan, Hot Australian newcomer Ben Innes and French-Algerian Ibrahim Chabane are among the attractions put forth by Brico Santig and Supanat Chanram for their newest promotion "Rising Stars," set to thrill fans on Thursday, February 29, at the plush Spaceplus Bangkok Night Club in Bangkok Thailand.

Angelina Lukas (L) and Kadesara Jadpakdee (R) successfully made weight for their highly anticipated flyweight bout.

In one of the most-awaited fights, stunning, model-like fight girl Angelina Lukas (6-1, 3 KO's), a former 5-time amateur national champion for Kazakhstan will trade blows against tough Thai warrior woman Kadesara Jadpakdee (7-3. 4 KO's), a clash that will ignite fireworks.

Their war is an 8-round, non-title battle in the super flyweight division. Will it make the distance?

In the show's main event, Toshihiko Era (18-3, 13 KO's) of Osaka, Japan, will defend his ABF (Asian Boxing Federation) Super Flyweight Belt from the damaging fists of former world champion Wicha Phulaikhao (a.k.a. Pigmy) of Chaiyaphum, Thailand.

French super lightweight fighter Ibrahim Chabane and Mohammed Zekria Zamani of Afghanistan are all set for their super lightweight rumble.

In perhaps the most competitive and exciting rumble of the show, heavily bearded French super lightweight fighter Ibrahim Chabane (3-0, 3 KO's), managed by man of boxing Nazar Moroz, will fight tough warrior Mohammed Zekria Zamani (7-2, 3 KO's) of Kabul, Afghanistan in a six-frame saga.

For the clash, Ibrahim weighed-in at 64 kilos, while Mohammed made 64.4. Who of the two interesting warriors will claim victory?

Ben Innes of Australia and Nirum Baonok of Thailand pose at Wednesday's weighin.

In featherweights, promising, friendly, young and lethal Ben Innes (2-0. 0 KO's), of Perth, Western Australia, clashes hard against more-experienced Nirun Baonok of Buriram, Thailand.

Also from Perth, light heavyweight warrior "The Widowmaker" Andrew Green (11-2-1, 6 KO's), gets back into hot action when he collides heads on against Banpot Kaoiam of Thailand.

Also from Australia, 27-year-old proud Dja Dja Wurrung (Djaara) warrior Daryl Ronald Marshall makes his second super middleweight fight against younger 22-year-old Worawut Singhabutr of Thailand. Their bout is scheduled for six rounds of intense action. Forbidden to blink.

Moreover, Australian by way of Malaysia Douglas Lee Kien Yoong of Melbourne crashes against brave heart Win Tun Oo of Myanmar. Their 6-round war is in the super middleweight division.

In heavyweights, Taryel Jafarov (25-7, 23 KO's) of Qazakh, Azerbaijan - who weighed-in at 95 kgs - might want to be careful when he battles big 130-kilos warrior Chinnakrit Junkot of Thailand. Their encounter is a 6-round battle that might not make the distance.

In an all-Thai affair, unbeaten well-trained 18-year-old Jatupol Raksapet (3-0, 3 KO's) climbs the ring for fellow Thai, 27-year-old Kritiphak Duangnut.

29-year-old Armenian light heavyweight Artavazd Aroyan (9-2, 6 KO's) wages war against Pathueang Sikun from Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand. Their time on top of the ring might not make the six-chapters distance.

And last, but not least, 28-year-old Russian by way of Armenia Mikael Arutyunyan (6-1, 3 KO's) engages Thai mercenary Weerachai Chuenphueak.

The entertaining international boxing event is a presentation of active promoters Brico Santig and Supanat Chanram of Highland Boxing Promotion with Ali McOnie as master of ceremonies.

The show may we seen LIVE from the Facebook page and YouTube channel of the Highland Boxing.

The first fight starts at 2 PM (Thailand Time)

May the best woman and men win!
