Sporting a buzz hair-cut, riveting Raquinel has brilliantly earned a well-deserved place in the world-ranking, elevating his standing in the awesome super flyweight division — which is the same weight-class of shining fighting stars Chocolatito González, Juan Francisco Estrada, Kazuto Ioka and Jesse Rodriguez. The 25-year-old Filipino warrior has indeed seized the day, claiming victory over the tough undefeated world-ranked South African in South Africa, a fantastic feat celebrated by teammates and kababayans alike.
