CISO MORALES IMPRESSES GBP EXECS
PhilBoxing.com Tue, 08 Apr 2008

Golden Boy Promotions COO David Itskowitch and Vice President Eric Gomez were pleased of Ciso "Kid Terrible" Morales performance last Sunday and had offered on showcasing Morales in more Golden Boy shows.
In an interview with the media after Morales' victory over Korean Yoo Shin Kim, Gomez expressed how amazed he was on Morales saying, "He has a killer instinct, he has what it takes to be a good prize fighter, we eventually want to showcase him in the States."
Morales had trained in Hawaii and Thailand in hopes of enhancing his talent, and this paid off against the Korean invader. He was precise on his punching and showed focus and poise in stopping Kim.
"Well, it shows that the manager of Morales made the right move, they are really focusing on getting Morales where he needs him to be."
Kid Terrible went on to stop Korea's youth prospect Yoo Shin Kim via fifth-round technical knockout of their scheduled WBO Jr. Featherweight Oriental title bout supervised by WBO Asia Pacific Board member and GAB commissioner Angel Bautista.
With the win, Morales moves to 11wins-0loss-7ko and is now rated number 14 in the WBO. Kid Terrible is sitting on a possible gold mine in his aim to becoming the next big thing coming out of Philippines along with Boom Boom Bautista and Bazooka Banal.
"It was a great move by our management to take him abroad for training and I have plans to bring him back to Hawaii for more training with Bobby Villaver," said Morales manager Kenneth Rontal. "Our next schedule will be in May at Cebu promoted by SGG Sports Promotions, we are looking on giving Morales another test before taking him to the States," Rontal added.
