PINOY PRIDE 43 RESULTS AND PHOTOS PhilBoxing.com Sun, 26 Nov 2017  Mark 'Magnifico' Magsayo (18-0, 13KOs) was brought into the full route by the durable and tough Japanese Shota Hayashi (30-7-1, 8KOs) in the main event of Saturday's 'Pinoy Pride 43: Battle in Bohol' at the Bohol Wisdom Gymnasium. The undefeated Magsayo, ranked No. 2 in his division, won by unanimous decision over Hayashi to retain his WBO International featherweight title. Judges Edward Ligas, Edgar Olalo and Tony Pesons had identical scores of 116-112 in favor of the Boholano.  Mark Magsayo retains his WBO International featherweight title after winning by unanimous decision over Shota Hayashi of Japan Saturday night in Bohol.  Albert Pagara downs Mohammed Kambuluta. In the featured undercard, Albert Pagara (29-1-0, 20KOs) sent Mohammed Kambaluta (16-4-0, 5KOs) of Tanzania to the canvas two times en route to a stoppage win at 2:29 of the second round. Pagara has now won his third straight after absorbing his only loss against Cesar Juarez in July, 2016.  Jeo Santisima (R) attacks Kichang Kim with body shots. Knockout artist Jeo 'Santino' Santisima (15-0, 13KOs) made short work of his Indonesian opponent Kinchang Kim (8-5-1, 2KOs) by dispatching the overmatched Indon at 36 seconds of the very first round with vicious body shots of their 10-round scheduled super bantamweight contest. Other resutls: 10 rounds super bantamweight Virgel Vitor (12-1, 7 KOs) of Tagbilaran City wins by unanimous decision over John Ray Logatiman (6-7-2) of Paranaque City. 8 rounds minimumweight Melvin Jerusalem (12-2, 7 KOs) of Bukidnon wins by unanimous decision over Jestoni Racoma (6-3-1) of Valenzuela City. 6 rounds flyweight Esneth Domingo (8-0, 4 KOs) of Sultan Kudarat wins by unanimous decision over Lowell Saguisa (7-27-1, 3 KOs) of Leyte. 6 rounds flyweight Rocky Fuentes (36-9-2, 20 KOs) of Cebu City wins by first round knockout over Ryan Tampus (11-21, 8 KOs) of Leyte. 6 rounds featherweight Roli Gasca (24-8-1, 7 KOs) of Barili, Cebu wins by unanimous decsion over Jason Tinampay (8-7-1, 7 KOs) of Dagohoy, Bohol. 6 rounds junior flyweight Christian Bacolod (8-0, 6 KOs) of Cebu City wins by 2nd round TKO over Ryan Makaputin (12-11-2, 4 KOs) of Bukidnon.  |
