Budler.

Pinoy Pride 42 main event antagonist, Hekkie ?The Hexecutioner? Budler will arrive in Cebu City this Wednesday, ahead of ALA Promotions? scheduled Pinoy Pride 42: Clash for Glory on September 16 at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino.

Together with trainer Colin Grant Nathan, Budler hits Cebu on September 6th at 4:20 pm aboard Emirates Airlines flight EK 338.

Budler, the current IBO world light flyweight champion, is coming to the country as Milan ?El Metodico? Melindo?s first title challenger for the IBF world light flyweight championship.

A two-division world champion, Budler first held the IBO light fly title from February 2010 to January 2011 before he moved down to the 105-lb. division and won the vacant IBO world minimumweight title from Filipino Michael Landero on the same year. He successfully defended the title three times before winning another title- the vacant WBA minimuweight- in a unification match against Karluis Diaz in 2014. He held both titles until March of last year when he lost to Byron Rojas.

He won his most recent title February of this year against Filipino Joey Canoy.

With more than a week to before the big event, Budler will meet the local media by Thursday, September 7th at the Radisson Blu Cebu for a scheduled Press Conference, followed by TV and radio guestings the next day. By Saturday, September 9, fans will get the chance to meet and greet Budler after a Public Workout session in Ayala Center Cebu at 5pm.

A newspaper tour will conclude Budler?s pre-event schedules before the other Pinoy Pride 42 main challengers Richmond Djarbeng of Ghana two-division world champion John Riel Casimero join him for the Official event week activities.
