Santisima faces undefeated super Bantamweight champ in Pinoy Pride 41 PhilBoxing.com Mon, 19 Jun 2017 Philippines? #1 Super Bantamweight Jeo ?Santino? Santisima (13-2-0, 11KOs) takes another tough challenge in Pinoy Pride 41, as he puts his lofty record on the line against Tanzania?s undefeated Super Bantamweight prospect, Goodluck Mrema (16-0-0, 8KOs). The Santisima-Mrema 10-round Super Bantamweight battle co-headlines ALA Promotions? 41st Pinoy Pride edition, New Generation Warriors, which features some of the country?s top young prospects. Santisima has been undefeated since 2014 and won eleven of his thirteen wins via knockout, scoring ten successively and finishing seven under 3 rounds. He currently holds a 73% knockout percentage. He is currently rated 4th under the OPBF Super Bantamweight rankings. While Santisima hopes to continue his winning streak, Mrema comes into the fight determined to keep his unblemished record intact, improve his 50% knockout percentage, and prove he deserves the new Tanzanian super bantamweight crown, which he won just last month in a fight against fellow countryman Hamza Mchango. According to ALA Promotions President/CEO Michael Aldeguer, this could be Santisima?s chance to prove himself worthy of a championship fight next, should he succeed in giving an impressive performance, come July 8. For Santisima, this will be his moment. ?I?m excited and really looking forward to fighting my first co-main event chance. I?ve always felt ready for a championship fight, and when I win this, I will finally get to make that dream come true. I will do my very best,? said Santisima.
