SULAIMAN NEEDS SENSITIVITY TRAINING ON WOMEN'S RIGHTS

Jose Sulaiman, the perennial WBC president was recently quoted as saying what Floyd Mayweather Jr did to his ex-gal pal was only ?highly critical and not a major sin or a crime.?

I tried to find reasons why a man of Sulaiman?s position would utter such ugly words.

But I was having a problem doing so.

I hope Sulaiman is not suffering from Alzheimer?s disease that prevents him from doing critical thinking or perhaps another condition prevalent with people getting old called senility.

But the last time I saw the old man at the Mandalay Bay Hotel at Las Vegas where WBC was having a convention a couple of weeks ago, he looks fine to me.

So therefore, I believe that the old man said what he said because of plain stupidity and insensitivity to women?s rights.

Perhaps Sulaiman was just showing off his Mexican machismo and was trying to impress people that from where he comes, beating women is okay.

But I find that difficult to believe either because I have lots of Mexican friends who abhor beating women much as I do and they can?t believe Sulaiman said what he said.

So why would Sulaiman make such a statement?

Aside from what I believe is just plain stupidity and lack of respect for women, I also think the old man is extremely greedy.

He knows that Floyd Mayweather brings him lots of money through ?sanction fees.? Therefore, if he strips Mayweather of his title for pleading guilty to a crime and going to jail, the next time Mayweather comes up for a title fight he may refuse to pay sanction fee to Sulaiman.

If Sulaiman is really a man I challenge him to apologize to all the women in the world for the stupid things he said.

In addition, it would be nice if he would attend ?sensitivity courses? so he will have a better understanding of women?s rights.

Then he should go ahead and strip Mayweather of his title and allow others to compete for it.

Finally, he should just shut up if he has nothing good to say.
