LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Condes' Manager Dante Ortiz Responds to 'Quinito' Henson's Article PhilBoxing.com, Jul 18, 2009 This is the 3rd time “Quinito” Henson wrote in the Philippine Star newspaper and Philboxing.Com about me, with malicious misinformation. Yes!... I say malicious because I am sure that Henson is well informed about the topic Jaro’s – Condes – Ortiz he posted last July 10, 2009 under the head line “DON’T BLAME SAMMY.”

The three judges, all South African, scored it in Joyi’s favour by margins of 120- Read Full Story >>> SA's Joyi marches to victory SuperSport, Jun 27, 2009 Nkosinathi Joyi produced an impressive performance to beat Florante Condes on points in their IBF mini-flyweight title eliminator at the Orient Theatre in East London on Friday night.
The South African hammered his way to victory over 12 rounds, winning by 120-107 on two cards and 119-108 on the third.
Condes put on a brave performance against a much taller opponent who knocked the Filipino down in the eleventh round but was somehow unable to add to his 15 knockouts in his 20th bout.

THE failure of Filipino fighter Florante Condes to get the video footage of Nkosinathi Joyi’s previous fights may prove to be his Achilles Heel when they clash in an IBF mini-flyweight title eliminator at East London’s Orient Theatre today.
Condes’ camp admitted to Philippines publications that it had no idea of how Joyi approached his fights.
“We could not get Joyi ‘s tape but that is immaterial as Read Full Story >>> Click here to read more news on Florante Condes
